SIB58 Angles Project partners, Dr. Ralf Geckeler (PTB) and Dr. Frank Siewert (REG(HZB)) attended to Tte 8th International Symposium on Advanced Optical Manufacturing and Testing Technologies 26 - 29 Apr 2016, as invited speakers. They have given presentations on Angle Metrology and Advances in Metrology for X-Ray and EUV Optics VII and covered the project outcomes during their presentation.
